This Complimentary "Toxics Reduction Act" (TRA) Session is intended for Environmental, Health & Safety Co-ordinators, mangers, or facility senior managers who will gain an understanding of how the regulations under this Act impact your organization.

To assist our clients, and prospects who are new to the Toxics Reduction Act, Reporting, and Planning, we are holding these Complimentary Sessions to explain how to meet Reporting (June 1st, 2013) and Planning requirements (December 31st, 2013).

Background
The Toxics Reduction Act (TRA) and Regulation 455/09 under the Act came into force on January 1, 2010. The passing of these pieces of legislation significantly impacted Ontario manufacturers. While there is a reporting component, there is also great opportunity to improve your bottom line.
