by IBAO
February 06, 2017
Winter Semester

A unique course allowing you to focus your interests within three streams – personal lines, commercial lines and broker management. Each stream requires completion of three mandatory IBAO courses and three elective courses taken through recognized colleges and universities. This national six-part designation program enables you to become specialized (you must have your CAIB or CIP designation to qualify).

We offer this program in a self-study format – credit’s given following successful completion of the exam at the end of the semester. Mandatory courses are offered in January, May and September each year; elective course credit is given for recognized business courses completed at most post-secondary institutions. Copies of official transcripts must be submitted for completed courses, and descriptions submitted for prospective courses in order to determine eligibility for transfer. Use of the designation is restricted to licenced Property & Casualty brokers who are IBAO members.

Select your course:

ADVANCED PERSONAL LINES (16 Technical Hours)
ADVANCED COMMERCIAL LINES (16 Technical Hours)
BUSINESS STRATEGIES (20 Management Hours)
CLAIMS MANAGEMENT (16 Technical Hours)
LAW + ETHICS (20 Management Hours)

Winter Semester runs from 6th of February to 3rd of May, 2017.

Exam Date: May 3
Time: 9:00AM–12:30PM
