Managing the Threats to Your Organization’s Vulnerabilities” was the subject of Quebec’s RIMS chapter, QRIMA’s monthly luncheon held October 18, 2012. Keynote speaker, Richard Bertrand of RDI Inc. addressed 66 participants on business continuity, which in his words “is a question of risk appetite and the balance between accepting risk and mitigating vulnerabilities.” Bertrand also discussed the key steps in developing business continuity plans.
