CSIO Appoints Robyn Young of Lundgren & Young Insurance to Board of Directors

(Toronto – March 9, 2017) Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) Chairman Steve Whitelaw, Vice President, Strategic Planning and Execution at Travelers Canada, is pleased to announce the appointment of a new member to the CSIO Board of Directors.

Robyn Young is Principal and Owner of Lundgren & Young Insurance Ltd., a Calgary based business that employs 120 individuals who service over 35,000 clients throughout Alberta. She also sits on the Board of Directors of the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada (IBAC) and is Past President of the Insurance Brokers Association of Alberta (IBAA).

“Robyn’s extensive board experience and tremendous knowledge of the broker distribution channel will strengthen the depth and representation of the CSIO Board,” says Whitelaw.  “I am looking forward to working with her to continue our work driving further efficiencies for the P&C insurance industry that ultimately benefit the end consumer.”
