March 20, 2017   by FirstOnSite Restoration Limited

MISSISSAUGA – FirstOnSite Restoration, Canada’s leading independent disaster restoration services provider, has strengthened its leadership team in the Prairies with a series of senior appointments. Kevin Clarke has taken on the role of Senior Vice-President – Prairies, Jamie Mackie has been named Director of Operations – Prairies, and Kyle Scott is District General Manager for Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

“Each of these individuals has a history of delivering exceptional customer focused service in times of crisis,” says Dave Demos, Chief Executive Officer, FirstOnSite Restoration. “We are confident that with this team in place, we will deliver the best customer experience throughout the region.”

Kevin Clarke, Senior Vice-President – Prairies

Kevin Clarke, who has recently been leading the charge in the Prairie Region, has formally been named Senior Vice-President – Prairies. This is in addition to his present national role as Executive Vice President of Branch Operations. In this new role, Clarke is responsible for providing ongoing support to employees and operations leaders while building best practices across the region.

Clarke is one of the company’s founding members, having built his own well-respected restoration company in Nova Scotia before joining forces with FirstOnSite in 2007. Since that time, he ran the Atlantic region of FirstOnSite as Senior Vice-President, where he successfully led growth initiatives and integration efforts that earned the region numerous customer-satisfaction awards. Clarke will work closely with regional and branch leaders in our Calgary, Edmonton, Grande Prairie, Medicine Hat, Fort St. John, Saskatoon and Winnipeg branches.

Jamie Mackie, Director of Operations – Prairies

Jamie Mackie brings more than 15 years of industry experience to his new role as Director of Operations – Prairies. He has been part of the FirstOnSite Restoration team since 2011, initially leading efforts in the Medicine Hat branch, then adding oversight of both Calgary and Edmonton locations before moving into this new role. Jamie has maintained industry leading KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics by implementing a team-first approach. In his new role, part of his mandate will be to help bring that approach to the Prairie branches across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

As District General Manager – Saskatchewan and Manitoba, Kyle Scott is responsible for ensuring that FirstOnSite continues to grow its business and will work directly with the branch teams to deliver exceptional quality service and overall customer experience that is consistent with the FirstOnSite brand. Kyle joined FirstOnSite in 2013 as an operations manager in Saskatoon where he was responsible for branch operations and account management. Shortly thereafter he was promoted to Branch Manager where he led the growth and development of the branch and the team.
