Cunningham Lindsey launches new research services division

Claims services firm Cunningham Lindsey Canada has launched a new division, Cunningham Lindsey Research Services Inc (Research Services), offering investigative, surveillance and information services to the insurance industry.

HandshakeThe new division is geared toward the Canadian insurance industry but also services the needs of corporations, lawyers and private individuals, the company says.

“Research Services provides a wide range of services to the Life & Health as well as Property & Casualty industries and include surveillance, corporate investigations, asset searches, locates, statement taking, due diligence, accident reconstructions, undercover operations, domestic investigations, background investigations, stolen vehicle investigations, fraud ring investigations, cargo theft investigations and employee thefts to name a few,” notes Gary Dalton, the company’s senior vice president and executive director.

The new division will have its operations run through its Hamilton, Ont. office and will offer national coverage, according to Cunningham Lindsey.

“Our investigators provide objective observations which are performed to the highest standard supported by the latest technology, equipment and resources,” Dalton says. “Our objectivity and task specific approach to each new assignment ensures improved cycle times, pertinent deliverables and overall cost reductions.”
