IndemniPro shakes up Quebec leadership

IndemniPro, an independent claims adjuster, has announced two organizational changes in Quebec.

After a 16-year career with IndemniPro, Suzie Godmer, senior vice president of the company’s Quebec and Atlantic Canada regions, has decided to leave her current position “to join one of Canada’s largest insurers,” effective January 2018.

Christopher Tirrell, presently an operations manager for IndemniPro, will transition to the role of vice president of operations for Quebec and Atlantic Canada. In this position, he will continue to develop services and claims solutions.

Tirrell has experience in both business development and operations and will work closely with Godmer in the coming weeks to ensure a smooth transition. He will continue to be based out of IndemniPro’s Montreal branch office.

Michel Lacelle, regional director of Quebec West, will become vice president of organizational services. In this position, also based in Montreal, Lacelle will have specific accountabilities for integration of acquisitions in Quebec, shared services reporting, licensing for Quebec, development of IndemniPro’s Quebec Claims School, emergency claims services management for both the Quebec and Atlantic regions, cat operations in Quebec and he will continue to provide oversight for the IndemniPro specialty risk division in Quebec.

Lacelle and Tirrell will report directly to Lorri Frederick, president of ClaimsPro/IndemniPro.
