Allianz appoints head of Customer Strategy and Sales Innovation

news announcementAllianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) has appointed Allison Windon regional head of Customer Strategy and Sales Innovation in North America, effective immediately. Based in Chicago, Windon reports to Rani Christie, AGCS North American head of sales.

In this newly created role, Windon will develop and lead customer-driven strategies for prospective and existing client and broker channels in the region. She will also work collaboratively and globally across Allianz to identify best practices and develop shared go-to-market strategies to enhance the Allianz client experience; as such she will have oversight over large broker relationships.

Most recently, Windon served as AGCS global customer experience director in Munich, where she built and led the award-winning AGCS Global Customer Experience program called True Customer Centricity. This initiative was established in 2015 and brings a consistent global approach to listening to and responding to client and broker needs. The program spans 22 countries and is carried out in 16 languages across all AGCS regions.

“Allison’s proven track record as the architect and leader of world-class customer experience initiatives will prove invaluable as we strive toward surpassing our growth goals in 2018,” says Christie.
