Desjardins renews agreement for automotive glass claims system

Copyright : Srinrat WuttichaikitcharoenDesjardins has renewed a 12-year contract with Uniban Canada to use the company’s Conversense portal to manage automotive glass claims.

Headquartered in Montreal, Uniban has 320 glass repair service centres across Canada, in addition to 300 mobile units. Its Conversense platform is designed to streamline the claims process and reduce wait times.

“The signing of this long-term agreement is a true privilege and a testament to the trusted business relationship that has developed between our two companies over the years,” Uniban Canada president and CEO Marc Desmarais said in a news release.
