Hub International acquires Ontario-based brokerage

Hub International Limited (Hub) has acquired Access Insurance Brokers Inc. (Access Insurance).

Headquartered in Ottawa, Ont., Access Insurance provides personal and commercial insurance solutions.

Rico Saleh and Daniel Cernea, co-owners of Access Insurance, will join Hub Quebec. They’ll report to David McNamara, vice president of Hub Quebec.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
