Applied Epic “provides agencies and brokerages a single system to manage customer relationships, policy administration and financial accounting processes across their business,” the company said in a release.
Hub chairman and CEO Martin Hughes said the move “is a natural step in our business transformation initiative.”
The announcement comes as Applied announced updates to Epic at Applied Net, its annual conference.
The updates include myEpic, “a series of pre-built workflows” that “provides agency and brokerage executives deeper company-wide visibility into internal operations to systematically understand the effectiveness of agency-wide workflow reporting.”
Applied also announced Q4 updates to its brokerage management system, TAM, and to Applied Rating Services, which allows clients to get quotes on their computers and mobile devices.
