“This solution provides brokers with an excellent option for creating a digital experience that is very much in line with what customers have come to expect from banks and other financial service providers,” IBAN president Jason Sharpe said in a statement.

Developed in collaboration with brokers and carriers such as RSA Canada, Gore Mutual and Northbridge, eDelivery will be made available to CSIO members at no additional cost. It is expected to be released in early 2018.

“We welcome this endorsement from IBAN, which further solidifies broker support for the eDelivery solution across Canada,” said Catherine Smola, president and CEO of CSIO.
