InsurTech North is aimed at digital leaders, entrepreneurs and venture capitalists in the property and casualty (P&C) and life/health insurance space. The event will feature panel discussions, a two-day marketplace and a Wolf Pack start-up competition.

“We are extremely fortunate to partner with the world’s largest marketplace for insurtech matchmaking, California‐based Innovator’s Edge and Insurance Thought Leadership (ITL),” Joel Baker, CEO of MSA Research, said in a news release. “Guy Fraker, chief innovation officer at ITL is emceeing the event and Wayne Allen and Paul Winston of ITL have been instrumental in the design of InsurTech North’s Marketplace where delegates can speed‐date.”

For the Wolf Pack competition, insurtech startups will be judged by a panel of industry leaders including KPMG partner Walter Rondina; Jeff Roy, president and CEO of Excalibur Insurance; Andrew Robinson of Oak HC/FT; Abhay Raman, vice-president of digital transformation at Sun Life Financial; and Jocelyne Prefontaine, vice-president of application delivery at Wawanesa.

Early bird rates are available until June 15, 2018, and registrants can save $200 by signing up for both conferences.
