Swiss Re Corporate Solutions appoints head of property and energy for Canada

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions has appointed Jamie Mullarkey head of property and energy in Canada.

Mullarkey will lead property and energy underwriting in Canada, with teams in Toronto and Vancouver. He is based in Toronto and assumed his new role on Sept. 1.

Mullarkey has more than 10 year of experience in insurance, both as a broker and an underwriter. He joined Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in 2011, and served most recently as an underwriting team leader. He succeeds Yvonne Steiner, who has chosen to leave Swiss Re.

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions serves brokers and clients throughout Canada, with offices in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal.
