Symbility announces collaboration with HOVER to speed up property claims

Symbility Solutions, a provider of cloud-based claims management software, has partnered with 3D modelling firm HOVER to reduce property claims adjusting costs.

Insurance adjusters using Symbility software will now be able to quickly generate roof or exterior property plans to create estimates and adjust claims more quickly. Adjusters will have access to data such as square footage and linear measurements for roofing, siding, windows, doors, soffit, fascia and more.

“Our goal has always been to improve our customers’ experience by eliminating unnecessary steps in the claims process,” said James Swayze, CEO of Symbility Solutions, in a press release. “Policyholders will now become more engaged in their claim with greater transparency by utilizing HOVER to gather the information required and eliminate the need for field adjusters to come on-site.”
