Symbility revamps Claims Connect platform

Symbility Solutions has revamped its Claims Connect platform, which is designed to make the property claims process faster and more efficient.

“Our goal as an organization is to modernize the insurance industry and improve the way property claims are handled,” James Swayze, CEO of Symbility Solutions, said in a news release. “We strive to make claims estimating more effective and efficient for everyone involved – insurance carriers, vendors and policyholders.”

Claims Connect has a new, easy-to-use interface, and users can access the software from any browser on any device. They can also perform batch actions across several claims, rather than update claims individually. And Claims Connect’s open API allows customers to connect any data from their software partners, such as aerial roof reports and 3D measurement tools.

“By adapting our communication hub to recognize any browser or device and simplify the design for a broader user base, Claims Connect now brings new technological enhancements that will attract new customers and accelerate our growth globally,” Swayze said.
