1-2 pm: Consulting for Risk Managers – “Selling recommendations and ensuring buy-in” presented by Cristina Scenna in Marsh’s Risk Consulting Practice.

2-3 pm: “Failing to Succeed” presented by Dr. Adam Campbell, Practice Lead, Human Factors, 30 Forensic Engineering

You should from aviation to healthcare, high risk industries have taken different paths to cope with inevitable catastrophes. With examples of the good, the bad and the ugly from various industries and his personal experiences in the forensic examinations of failure, Dr. Adam Campbell makes the case that embracing failure is the surest way to achieving success.

3-4:30 pm: Cyber and Privacy Insurance – a discussion on current Canadian offerings, shortcomings, and where we are going as an industry presented by Greg Markell, President and CEO of Ridge Canada. ***THIS SESSION QUALIFIES FOR 1 RIBO CREDIT***
