Autonomous Vehicles – Technology Driving Change
Autonomous Vehicle technology is rapidly developing and will have a significant impact on our industry, and the transportation world we live in. Catch up on the latest technology developments and learn about the changes we can expect in products and liability.

Drones
Drones, also known as unmanned air vehicles or unmanned aerial systems, provide novel ways of collecting information, means of delivering goods, and innovative forms of entertainment, while also raising concerns about privacy, data protection, and safety of persons and property. This presentation will examine the Canadian legal boundaries of private and commercial drone use, and canvass the types of drones in the marketplace, the liability risks that may arise in drone operation, as well as explore selected claims examples.
