Maximizing Relationships: The Building Blocks to a Thriving Practice

Building from our first CDL Women’s Caucus lunch last year, we brought Marianne Trost back!!

At our second annual women lawyers’ luncheon, Marianne will discuss her five-step formula as well as deepen our discussions on strengthening our business development efforts through relationships. Join us for tips, techniques, and hands-on exercises that will help you take your practice to the next level.

In today’s competitive legal market, it often is not enough to be just an outstanding lawyer. Having a book of business is a critical component to creating self-determination and satisfaction in your career and being successful in your firm. Whether you are a woman partner or associate, learning how to maximize your natural strengths to grow your book of business is essential.

Marianne Trost is The Women Lawyers Coach. Her mission is to guide, teach, and inspire women lawyers to manage their careers strategically and grow their own books of business. She has 30 years of experiencing working with more than 2,500 attorneys in the United States and Canada. Marianne is a nationally recognized trainer, internationally published author, and coach. She has presented at the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel Women’s Forum, DRI Women in the Law, Women Legal, the ABA Women Rainmakers, the Hispanic National Bar Association Women’s Leadership Conference, the Minority Corporate Counsel Association CLE Expo, as well as at law firms, bar associations and law schools throughout the United States.  She is a former co-chair of the National Association of Women Lawyers Survey Committee on the Retention and Promotion of Women in Law Firms.
