SWOT is an acronym for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. A SWOT analysis is an essential planning tool that gives you key insights into your business. In a constantly changing environment, staying on top of your business’s strengths and weaknesses allows you to respond proactively to threats and capitalize on opportunities as they arise.

Brokerage Managers will learn how to identify and analyze business Strengths, Weaknesses’, Opportunities and Threats using the SWOT method and discover how to use this diagnostic tool to identify areas for improvement within their brokerage.
