Class-action lawsuits are generally complicated as they are costly to initiate, involve a large number of plaintiffs, and are time intensive. What does that mean for the insurance industry? Our legal experts will provide insight on how both insurers and claims professionals can manage the challenges experienced with these types of lawsuits. Brokers can gain a better understanding of class actions to assist clients who face potential class action exposure with obtaining appropriate insurance coverage.
