There are people who have a strong or forceful personality. These people may be co-workers, customers or suppliers. This forcefulness can be problematic. These individuals can be a great asset as they tend to be very decisive, but in some cases, the strong personality can also cause friction, and create negative morale and motivation. Many people find this personality type intimidating, and they can be difficult to deal with.

This course will help you to understand this strong personality type better and give practical skills and techniques to interact with them more positively and more effectively. Managing, supervising, coaching, or interacting with the strong-willed individual is often one of the greatest challenges, even for the experienced manager or supervisor. This course will help you understand this strong personality type better and give practical help to supervise and deal with these individuals more confidently and effectively. Learn the techniques that make difficult people less difficult to deal with.
