Presenter Jessica Naylor has more than 25 years’ experience in training and development, both in Canada and across the US and Europe. She has customized and delivered a variety of training programmes, specializing in strategic planning, change management, leadership, customer service, sales, and team building. Much of her time involves personal coaching of managers and executives. She is also well known as being able to skillfully motivate and energize a group to take action, be it through her seminars and workshops or as a public speaker. Jessica has a teaching degree and the maximum accreditations from the Canadian Training and Development Group.
