The ARC Group of Canada Inc held its third annual seminar and cocktail reception at the St. Andrew’s Club & Conference Centre. Gordon Kirke, counsel to Major League Baseball, in the Senator George Mitchell Investigation into Performance-Enhancing Drugs, was the guest speaker at the event. Following on the heels of the sports lawyer who spoke about negotiation tactics, was a four-person panel that bantered about the various mediation styles and benefits to each. After a successful seminar, delegates were able to discuss mediation tactics among their peers during the cocktail reception.
