Insurance Industry Kicks for United Way

Members of Toronto’s insurance community got together on Sept. 25 for Insurance Industry Kicks for United Way. The friendly game of soccer, organized by HKMB Hub International and Chubb Insurance Co., featured roughly 35 players and nearly 75 spectators. Following the game at BMO Field at Exhibition Place was an in-stadium barbeque. The event raised $17,000 in total, with roughly $14,000 from industry donations. All proceeds from the inaugural soccer fundraiser were donated to the United Way of Greater Toronto. •
