The Hospital for Sick Children and The KRG Insurance Group recently held their 11th Annual Monte Carlo and Casino Night, raising $75,000 for the hospital. The theme was “Celebrate the Millennium” and the event was well-attended. In addition to the casino, the evening featured a laser and pyrotechnic show, Donna Summers and Tina Turner impersonators, and Miss Toronto 1999 who posed for pictures with guests.

Elliott Special Risks Ltd. has announced the introduction of a program for Media Liability Insurance. The product provides protection against the perils of libel and slander for media. “Our New Media Liability program complements our range of errors & omissions programs,” says David Eastaugh, president.
