PMSC Ltd. has appointed Patrick Vice to the position of director of sales. Vice brings to the position over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry.

David Wilmot has been named senior vice president and manager of Toa-Re Insurance Company of America and will serve as chief agent for the company’s new Canadian branch. Wilmot has been manager and chief agent for Frankona Reinsurance Company since 1993 and has over 25 years experience in the Canadian reinsurance and insurance markets.

Following the acquisition of Sedgwick Plc. by Marsh & McLennan worldwide, the Canadian Sedgwick Re team has joined Marsh-subsidiary Guy Carpenter Canada. Their head office is now located at 200 King Street West, P.O. Box 64, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 3T4.
