The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) has named Marshall Lee as director, portal operations, to manage the delivery of portal services across Canada. Lee is formerly vice president of technology services with the Insurance Information Centre of Canada.

PPG Canada has named Frank Lefebvre as district manager for eastern Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. He has been with PPG for 12 years in a variety of roles.

Willis Group Holdings has consolidated its North American operations and appointed Mario P. Vitale to head up Willis North America as CEO. He has been chairman of Willis’ global large account practice.

Cunningham Lindsey Canada Ltd. has named Franca Reale as branch manager, Metro Auto Injury Unit. She has been with the company since 1994, and brings a wealth of experience in AB/BI claims adjusting.

Restoration company Paul Davis Systems has added two new locations, one in Timmins, ON, and another in Bracebridge, ON, serving The Claybelt and Muskoka areas.

CARSTAR Canada has promoted Sam Malatesta to the position of senior vice president. Malatesta has spent his entire career with the collision repair company and continues to foster its relationships with insurance company partners.
