Allison Murray, former executive vice president and COO of Enterprise Canada Insurance Services, has started her own company, A.M. Associates. The new company will focus on commercial lines consulting and research for insurers, brokers and law firms.

Allianz Canada has appointed Laurent Nadeau as regional vice president for Quebec and Atlantic Canada after more than 20 years industry experience. The company has also named Rhonda Lawson as vice president of human resources after more than 20 years in the field.

Hub International has shaken up its management in response to the broker network’s growth. President Rick Gulliver will be directing all of his efforts to the company’s acquisition strategy, while Bruce Guthart will take over the COO role formerly filled by Gulliver. Guthart was president of Hub’s Kaye Group in New York. The new position of chief sales officer will be filled by Larry Lineker, president of Hub’s TOS Insurance Services in Vancouver.
