Chubb Insurance Co. of Canada has named Ellen Moore as its new president and CEO, replacing Jan Tomlinson, who has been promoted to international field operations manager for the parent company. Moore has been with Chubb & Son since 1978, most recently as a senior vice president and managing director.

B + L Consultants Inc. has named Michel Allard as director, insurance relations, with responsibility for gaining acceptance of the Vigil GPS system in the insurance community. Allard has many years of insurance industry experience, most recently in the vehicle tracking segment.

Bill Manners has been named senior vice president, operations, for Cunningham Lindsey’s national sales and programs. Manners has over 22 years adjusting industry experience, most recently as executive vice president at an independent adjusting firm.

The Wholesale Insurance Group (TWIG) has a new president in Tom Talbot. He brings over 15 years insurance marketing experience to the new role, most recently as executive vice president at TWIG.

Shelton Shugar has been named vice president and chief technology officer for Marshall & Swift/Boeckh. He will be responsible for product development and delivery, and technology infrastructure for the international provider of building cost information and estimating systems.

The newly-former Glass Partnership has as its new vice president of sales, Bill Robertson, says Autostock Inter- national. He brings over 30 years auto glass industry experience to the new partnership, which includes Apple Auto Glass, Novus Windshield Repair, Speedy Glass and 1st Report Claims Services/Premier Appel.
