CEP Sintra is also pleased to announce the addition of Adel Shoaib, Ph.D., M.Sc., P.Eng., to its growing multidisciplinary team of over 65 experts located coast to coast. Dr. Shoaib completed his Ph.D. in Structural Engineering at the University of Alberta in 2012, and joins the structural and civil engineering team. He will be based out of the Vancouver regional office.
