ClaimsPro Appoints Chantal Rhodenizer as Director of Insurer Management Services

MARKHAM, ON, May 2, 2018 /insPRESS/ – ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCMcompany, today announced the appointment of Chantal Rhodenizer as Director of Insurer Management Services. Ms. Rhodenizer has been with ClaimsPro since 2014 in her previous role as a National Account Manager.

Chantal brings an impressive array of insurance industry and operations management experience to her new role. Most recently as National Account Manager, she managed and measured client account performance, successfully on-boarded new client accounts, and created internal processes and new strategies to meet client expectations and drive performance improvement.

In her new role, Chantal will be responsible for enhancing and develop strategic relationships with ClaimsPro’s key insurer clients. Reporting into Kumar Sivakumaran, Vice President, National Operations, Chantal will be accountable for the development and implementation of national internal processes, measurement of national account performance, communication of results to internal and external stakeholders and the development of strategies to drive better outcomes.
