ClaimsPro Appoints Hussein Visram to Director, Business Development for National Corporate and Broker Accounts

Markham, ON March 2, 2018 /insPRESS/ – ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, today announced the appointment of Hussein Visram as Director, Business Development for National Corporate and Broker Accounts. Mr. Visram has been a part of SCM Insurance Services since 2014, working with Opta Information Intelligence, the insurance industry’s foremost aggregator of structured risk information and predictive modelling data.

Mr. Visram brings an impressive range of insurance and financial industry experience to his new role with ClaimsPro. Most recently he was National Account Manager for Opta where he successfully aligned the company’s product and service offerings to serve large commercial carriers, mutual companies, as well as commercial and personal lines brokerages across Canada. Previously, Hussein was a product specialist. Prior to joining Opta, Hussein was an insurance advisor for a major national Canadian financial institution.

In his new role, Mr. Visram will be responsible for developing and enhancing relationships and partnerships with brokerages and risk leaders at national corporations. Reporting into Wendy Scott, Vice President, Corporate Solutions, Hussein will help to achieve the strategic business growth objectives for ClaimsPro’s National Corporate and Broker Accounts unit.
