ClaimsPro appoints Kumar Sivakumaran to Vice President, National Operations

TORONTO, Feb. 22, 2018 /insPRESS/ – ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services, today announced the appointment of Kumar Sivakumaran as Vice President, National Operations. Mr. Sivakumaran will succeed Dustin Volk, who recently assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Transformation for SCM Insurance Services.

Mr. Sivakumaran brings a wealth of insurance industry and senior level operations experience to this role, most recently as a national operations leader with a leading Canadian insurer. Prior to that, Kumar was Vice President Business Excellence for an international independent adjusting firm, where he began his career in the insurance industry and spent 15 years in a variety of functions including Assistant Vice President Operations, Business Analyst, and National CAT Manager.

In his new role, Mr. Sivakumaran will be responsible for ClaimsPro’s national operations performance, ensuring efficient productivity and quality as it pertains to client service delivery and value, and financial performance.
