ClaimsPro Strengthens its British Columbia Presence with the Acquisition of Associated Independent Adjusters

VANCOUVER, BC, FEB. 4, 2019/insPRESS/ – Vancouver – ClaimsPro today announced that it has acquired British Columbia-based Associated Independent Adjusters (AIA).

AIA has been providing claims handling services to communities located throughout the BC interior and on Vancouver Island, for more than 35 years. AIA handles claims on behalf of all major insurance carriers in Canada, as well as various syndicates with certain Underwriters at Lloyds of London, the government, and other private organizations. Their capabilities will both complement and enhance ClaimsPro’s existing service offering, and position ClaimsPro as an expanded presence in the province.

AIA has 29 licensed Adjusters located in 10 offices. The organization is led by its President, Steve Playford. Mr. Playford will report directly to Stacy Philips, Senior Vice-President, Western Region, ClaimsPro.
