ClaimsPro’s Specialty Risk Division’s Complex Commercial Industrial (CCI) Unit Appoints Stephen Agnew Vice President, Specialty Risk Division – Ontario and Central Canada

TORONTO,  ON, Sept. 27, 2018 /insPRESS  – ClaimsPro, Canada’s largest independent adjusting company is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Agnew as Vice President of the Specialty Risk Division’s (SRD) Complex Commercial Industrial (CCI) Unit for Ontario and Central Canada. Mr. Agnew progresses to this new leadership role after being an Executive General Adjuster with ClaimsPro’s CCI Unit since 2011.

CCI is ClaimsPro’s national team of commercial loss professionals. The division is comprised of Senior General Adjusters and Executive General Adjusters—highly experienced individuals who possess professional backgrounds in law, engineering, and insurance. CCI handles a diverse portfolio of commercial losses across Canada and internationally, coordinating teams of professionals and overseeing all aspects of claims through to final resolution.

An accomplished leader with more than 35 years’ experience in the industry, Mr. Agnew will provide leadership and direction for the CCI group of adjusters in Ontario and Central Canada in his new role. Reporting directly into Sean Forgie, Senior Vice President, SRD, Mr. Agnew will also work closely with CCI’S regional leaders Michael Buzzeo, Vice President for Western Canada and Michael Martow, Vice President for Quebec & Eastern Canada.

Focused on maintaining CCI’s position as a national leader in providing independent commercial loss adjusting services, Mr. Agnew will play a role in refining and implementing CCI’s strategic growth plan, developing and implementing change, and using best practices to ensure the CCI group continues to offer market leading client focused adjusting solutions. He will assist with business development and liaise with insurers, brokers, risk managers, insureds, and self-insured entities to maintain and expand existing relationships, as well as oversee employee training and development, and provide technical leadership.
