Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc. Appoints Hancock National Director, Global Technical Services

Pat Van Bakel, senior vice president, Claims Operations, Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc., is pleased to announce that Paul Hancock is joining the Crawford team as national director, Global Technical Services (GTS) Canada.
Hancock is a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and has more than 25 years of experience in the claims industry with strong expertise in operations, claims management, marketing, administration and effective team management. He will lead Crawford’s GTS group in Toronto and across Canada to deliver on Crawford’s commitment to quality and service, while continuing the company’s drive to implement best practices in claims handling.
