Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc. Names Zimny Assistant Vice President, CLAIMSALERT

Andrea Zimny has been named assistant vice president of CLAIMSALERT for Crawford operations in Canada, John Sharoun, chief executive officer of Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc., announced today.

Reporting to Steve Anderson, senior vice president, Corporate Markets and Administration, Zimny will continue to manage both the Waterloo and Montreal CLAIMSALERT centres and will develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, new business development and customer service. CLAIMSALERT offers centralized claim intake 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for Crawford clients.

Andreas dedication to quality excellence and customer service and her extensive experience in contact centre management will serve her well in this position, said Anderson. She has certainly demonstrated these qualities throughout her time with us and will no doubt put them to good use in this new role.

Zimny has worked in a number of different positions with Crawford, most recently as director of Operations for CLAIMSALERT, and was instrumental in CLAIMSALERTs expansion and success in Ontario and Quebec.
