Katherine Rumford, the managing professional overseeing branch operations, is an established claims professional with 10 years of industry experience. Her professional acumen and insight into the needs of the local insurance market will strengthen Crawford’s servicing capabilities in Yellowknife and surrounding areas, including the Arctic region.

Rumford’s professional career as an independent adjuster includes over 10 years of experience occupying claims management positions with Crawford and a brokerage firm. As an all lines adjuster, Rumford is experienced in managing both commercial and residential losses. In addition to obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, Rumford holds a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) certificate and Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation.
