TORONTO, ON, Oct. 18, 2018/insPRESS/ – Jeff Hughes, Senior Vice President of CRU GROUP and head of CRU Claim Services today announced that Blair McGregor has joined the company as Associate Director of Operations, Western Canada for both Maltman International and CRU GROUP. “Blair is a recognized leader in claims management and business development,” said Mr. Hughes, “Insurers are seeing erosion in the commitment of major adjusting firms to the provision of dedicated teams focused on developing a core competence essential for effective Program Claims Management. They are looking for alternatives that still believe in that model.”
Blair McGregor is a multi-line adjuster with a Level Three License in Alberta. He is a recognized expert in Liability and Property claims and has many years’ experience as a Manager and Team Leader with General Insurance Companies and Independent Adjusting organizations. His most recent role dealt with supervision of Lawyers’ Professional Liability claims and as a Regional Manager with a national adjusting company. Blair is highly regarded in the insurance industry and he brings a strong talent for building and leading high-performance and loyal teams. Blair McGregor is located in our Calgary office and he will be working to establish both CRU GROUP and Maltman International’s brands in the West.
