TORONTO – CSN Collision & Glass has just announced it will be partnering with Quebec-based Carrossier ProColor to create Canada’s largest national collision network.

Carrossier ProColor will now represent the interest of CSN in Quebec as a Proud Member of CSN Collision & Glass. This new strategic alliance will create the largest network of collision repair facilities in Canada with over 265 locations.

“It is with great pleasure and excitement that we share this news,” said CSN Chief Operating Officer Flavio Battilana.  “The cultures and synergies of our two networks are an excellent match, and this alliance will not only help to strengthen and grow both CSN and Carrossier ProColor, but will also allow us to provide a complete national solution to our national insurance partners.”

“This alliance will allow us to grow our market and give us the power of a major network,” emphasized Michel Charbonneau, CEO of Carrossier ProColor in Quebec. “Consumers will also be happy with the fact that all businesses making up the new network are collision repair facilities selected for their high levels of performance and their standards of excellence, which provides a superior quality of service. Customer satisfaction is the highest priority for both networks, and we will continue to offer a high standard of service across the country,” added Charbonneau.

A national network of collision repair facilities is excellent news for insurers. Increasingly, insurance companies are becoming national in scope, and with this new alliance the same standards of quality and customer satisfaction will be guaranteed at all network locations across the country.
