(MCCG).  Dumfries’ solution, https://onlinequote.dumfriesmutual.com, compliments Dumfries continued digital transformation by generating an easy to use application for consumers, while improving their Agent’s abilities to interact with their community.   By leveraging Dumfries existing rating engine within the Insurance Business Solution (IBS®), the consumer and agent can establish their relationship based on accurate and detailed pricing and identification of risk.  The OQS project was a fast follower to Dumfries adoption of a cloud approach to their infrastructure, late last year and the implementation of their new website.
