Lindsay, ON – October 24, 2012 – Farmers’ Mutual Insurance Company (Lindsay) is pleased to announce the official commencement of their broker connectivity initiative. The project will be completed in a number of phases beginning with policy, billing and claims inquiry, followed by new business upload, and policy change.
“We’re really excited about starting down the path with Brovada,” states Pat Ryan, VP Underwriting and Business Development at Farmers’, “The aim of the Broker Connectivity project is to streamline workflows to enable our broker partners to provide better service to our policyholder members.
