FIC Welcomes Iain Murray as Business Development Manager in New Westminster

New Westminster—Forensic Investigations Canada (FIC), Canada’s leading investigative and surveillance firm, announced today that it has appointed Iain Murray as Business Development Manager in its New Westminster branch in British Columbia. Iain brings more than 10 years of experience in the information and investigative services industry, including serving as Director of Business Development and Sales Engineering for a large background verification company. Iain brings his education in Criminology and extensive knowledge of software development, sales, business analysis, and background screening to the FIC team to help enhance customer service and assignment excellence.
Prior to joining FIC, Iain worked with BackCheck where he was responsible for creating myBackCheck.com, Canada’s first online background screening platform. He also established ID verification partnerships with TransUnion, Equifax, and Canada Post, as well as leading a cross-functional team which was responsible for software development, sales, marketing, and operations.
Iain’s role as Business Development Manager at FIC will provide clients with a dedicated customer service resource to assist in any investigation matter, increase market share, diversify clientele, and assist in the development of new products for FIC.
