Miramichi, New Brunswick: First General is pleased to announce the launch of First General Miramichi. First General has over 55 locations across Canada, and we are excited to be expanding our services in New Brunswick. Andrew Keenan is the owner of our newest office, and we are thrilled to have their expertise on the First General team.

Andrew is a life long resident of Miramichi, and lives here with his wife and three children. Andrew has worked in the restoration industry for the past eight years – having worked for a national chain, and his own business. Over those eight years Andrew has experience in every aspect of the business, from mitigation to estimating to catastrophe response. Andrew was tapped to be the Branch Manager in his previous role – responsible for all regional operations. However, Andrew’s dream was to open his own business as a full service restoration contractor. His primary consideration in joining a nation restoration network was working with an organization committed to outstanding customer service. First General, he decided, was the right fit for his business. We are trilled to have Andrew on our team.

Joining Andrew, Jessica Mott will work as the office’s Claims Coordinator and Estimator Originally from Miramichi NB, Jessica moved to Ottawa in 2001 to become a Service Manager with Merry Maids. Jessica improved operations, and client accounts increased by 26% during her first three years in the role and steadily thereafter. Since 2008, Jessica has worked for First General in Ottawa and Moncton. Recently Jessica had a chance to return to Miramichi, and be close to home, working for another restoration contractor. However, when the opportunity to rejoin the First General family came around she jumped at the opportunity.
