MISSISSAUGA, ON, June 27, 2019 /insPRESS/ – FirstOnSite Restoration, Canada’s leading independent disaster restoration services provider, has reinforced its Business Development team in their Prairies Region with the addition of Colleen Lavery and Ben Soutar. Colleen will take on a newly created role of Business Development Manager, Prairies, and Ben will be the new Business Development Manager, Alberta. Together, they join Ian Newman, who has led the company’s business development efforts in the Prairies region for the last eight years.
In their new roles, Colleen and Ben will focus on managing and maintaining existing business and customers, as well growing the roster of clients. Together they will further strengthen the ability to provide exceptional customer experience across the Prairie region.
Colleen has been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years and brings with her a history of exceptional customer service and client management. Her reputation and rapport within the Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba insurance community will align with both FirstOnSite’s business objectives and its client-focused culture.
Ben Soutar joined FirstOnSite in May. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, where he has earned a reputation for building solid and respected relationships with commercial clients and insurers alike. He is focused primarily on the Alberta market, and is already bringing his customer centric approach to new and existing clients.
