IBAO Provides Platform for Member Voices at Upcoming Town Hall Meetings

March 29, 2018   by Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario

TORONTO, March 29, 2018 /insPRESS/ – The Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO) is hosting a series of Town Hall meetings to give their members the opportunity to have their voices heard. Town Halls will be held in London on April 9th, Toronto on April 10th and Ottawa April 11th. For members who are unable to attend in person, the Toronto meeting is being recorded and will be made available as a live webcast.

“In this ever-changing industry, it’s essential we come together as a larger group to connect on important issues within the channel,” says IBAO CEO Colin Simpson. “This new format, which replaces our Regional Meetings across the province, is designed to boost member engagement – members participating via webcast are encouraged to add their voices to the conversation. We want to hear from you on the issues that matter most, including your thoughts on how we can continuously provide more value to our membership.”

IBAO Leadership and Executive will address a number of important topics including our focus on political and insurer advocacy, our technology initiatives, our investment in education, progress on our strategic plan, our membership fee structure, upcoming regulations and insurer relations and strategies.

This members-only event is free to attend and accredited for 2 RIBO Management Hours.
