Joe Turcotte Appointed National General Manager, Insurer Markets at Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc.

Toronto – Jim Eso, senior vice president of Insurer Markets at Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Turcotte to the position of National General Manager, Insurer Markets. In his new role Joe will serve as liaison between Crawford’s branch network, operations and sales, with the objective of growing our business through streamlining and simplifying operational processes and supporting branch functions. Joe will be instrumental in strengthening our relationships with our clients and our position within the insurer market, by enhancing our servicing capabilities from an operational standpoint.

Joe has been with Crawford for over 30 years and has held a number of progressive roles including field adjuster, control adjuster, branch manager and now national general manager, Insurer Markets. Over the course of his career he has worked closely with some of our largest carrier clients. He has played a vital role in managing strategic client relationships and designing and implementing successful service solutions, through leveraging professional knowledge of the claims handling process, market demands and clients’ needs.
