TORONTO, ON; April 13, 2010 McLarens Canada, a leader in the insurance adjusting industry, has expanded its management team with the addition of two new players in the areas of Claims Management and Sales and Marketing.
We are very pleased to welcome Laurie Walker as Director of Ontario Auto Accident Benefits, said Michael Holden, President and CEO of McLarens Canada. In addition, we are joined in our Montreal branch by David Bernardi who has been appointed Regional Sales Manager for Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
Laurie Walker, CIP, brings to McLarens Canada 23 years of insurance adjusting experience. Laurie holds a CIP designation and is a certified trainer for the Insurance Institute of Ontario. She holds a Diploma in both Business Marketing and Benefits in Rehabilitation Administration. Laurie is active in the industry, having been Past President of the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association and is currently an Executive Member of the Loyal Order of the Blue Goose, Ontario Pond. Her extensive experience in Ontario Accident Benefits Catastrophic Claims, Mediation, Litigation, Auditing and Legislative Changes will be an integral part of the ongoing growth of the Accident Benefits Portfolio in the Ontario Region.
David Bernardi, B. Comm. is the newest member of a growing Sales and Marketing team. David brings 15 years of sales experience in the financial services sector to the position of Regional Sales Manager for Quebec and Atlantic Canada. In this newly created role, David will work closely with McLarens Canada branch managers and adjusters to support the McLarens Canada brand promise of quality, professionalism and integrity.
