Pario Opens Calgary Branch, Welcomes Jeff Minto, P.Geol., as Regional Manager and Senior Geoscientist and Dennis Reade, P.Geo., Senior Project Manager

CALGARY, AB, April 17, 2018 /insPRESS/ – Pario Engineering & Environmental Sciences LP, one of Canada’s top providers of specialized engineering and environmental services to the insurance and risk management industries, is pleased to announce the opening of a new branch in Calgary, Alberta, to better serve its growing list of clients in Western Canada.

In support of this expansion Pario is also pleased to appoint Jeff Minto, P.Geol. as Regional Manager and Senior Geoscientist. Joining Jeff in the branch is Dennis Reade, P.Geo., in the role of Senior Project Manager.

Mr. Minto has over 25 years of experience and demonstrated success in the planning and execution of complex hydrogeological and environmental programs in the United States and Canada. He has extensive experience in contaminant hydrogeology, water licensing, contaminated site assessment, and remediation and regulatory compliance, primarily in the oil and gas sector. Additionally, Mr. Minto has considerable experience in providing senior technical oversight and peer review for reports and regulatory applications, coupled with robust experience in mentoring and leading project teams over broad geographical areas. Mr. Minto will report to Mark Samis, Vice President of Environmental Services. Mr. Samis has been with Pario since 2014 and has over 35 years of experience, including senior technical and project management positions throughout North America.

Dennis Reade has over seven years of valuable experience in conducting cleanups for truck-related spills in Western Canada and brings with him a depth of environmental knowledge in providing service to the insurance and claims industry. Mr. Reade’s experience also extends to projects involving hydrogeological issues, Phase II investigation and remediation projects, spill response, and regulatory approvals. Mr. Reade will report to Jeff Minto.

Pario identified Calgary as a key location for those clients seeking high quality environmental and forensic expertise. This location will serve Calgary and the surrounding areas, and many of Pario’s insurance and claims clients will now have local support to manage and control the costs of spill response and the mitigation of environmental liabilities.
